Angoor Ki Dhal

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients:
- 300 ml coconut milk
- 150g red lentils
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 cup green grapes
- Salt to taste
- 350g breadcrumbs
- 150g flour
- 150ml water
Instructions:
- Wash & soak lentils for 30 mins, drain excess water.
- Heat oil, add mustard & cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chili powder + turmeric, fry for 30 seconds.
- Add lentils with coconut milk, cover, and cook for 20-25 mins until lentils are done.
- Add grapes, mix, and turn off heat. Serve hot with rice or naan.
